Renting a furnished 1½ room flat in Jena-Ost

We offer a fully furnished one-and-a-half room flat of just under 40 square metres for rent. It is located in the basement of our sunny house on a slope, with large windows in the living and working area above the garden level.

The flat is modern and tastefully furnished and has

• a 20 square metre living/dining room with a 140cm wide sofa bed,
• a 6 square metre bedroom with a 140cm wide bed,
• a 7 square metre bathroom with spacious shower and washing machine,
• an 8 square metre hallway with built-in kitchenette (incl. cooker, extractor bonnet, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle) and complete kitchen equipment.

The rent is 790 euros including all additional costs.
Jena City can be reached by car in 8 minutes and by public transport in 25 minutes. A supermarket is within walking distance. The forest with walking paths begins behind the house. An e-bike can be rented for a moderate extra charge.

We prefer to rent for a period of 3 to 6 months, but are also open to other periods.
